Where she shares the profound message of God's unconditional love for all humanity through the rich teachings found in Christianity, Hinduism, and Creative Consciousness. This meaningful expression of ministry aims to unite diverse beliefs, and perspectives and encourage understanding and connection.

The Divine Sunday Service aims to inspire like minded souls to join our community so that we can develop a longing to learn how to truly know God from our hearts and integrate these profound insights into our daily lives.

Throughout the service, you would be encouraged to meditate, pray, chant, sing, reflect, draw, write poetry, share, and apply the wisdom of Swami Kriyananda’s and Paramhansa Yogananda’s teachings to enhance our spiritual practice.

The Divine Sunday will be recorded once a month, providing us with an opportunity to engage with the insights in a meaningful way to develop our community and connection with each other. For the creative part of the Service, please bring: paper, crayons, a pen, or a pencil. Joining this activity is optional, and you can choose not to participate if you want.

  • The service will explore the profound Life Guidance and Spiritual Insights from the teachings of Swami Kriyananda, with a focus on his significant teachings, The Beatitudes: Their Inner Meaning and The Rays of One Light: Weekly Commentaries on the Bible and The Bhagavad Gita.

In The Beatitudes: Their Inner Meaning, Swami Kriyananda helps and guides us to find the true essence of the Beatitudes, which will lead us towards deeper meaning, understanding, and compassion. Each Beatitude serves as a pathway to personal and spiritual transformation. The teachings emphasise humility, mercy, purity of heart, and the importance of seeking peace.

The Beatitudes offer an “inner” teaching that is specifically meant for those who are truly longing to know Jesus and God on a much deeper spiritual level. These enlightening teachings is not for everyone; but for the few who seek a more intimate and personal understanding with the divine.

By interpreting and affirming the Beatitudes through a spiritual lens, Swami Kriyananda encourages us to cultivate the inner qualities of the Beatitudes to lead us to true happiness, peace and fulfilment.

In union with The Beatitudes, we will also be exploring the sacred texts that bridge Eastern and Western philosophies illuminating the universal truths that connect them from Swami Kriyananda’s book The Rays of One Light: Weekly Commentaries on the Bible and The Bhagavad Gita.

In his book, Swami Kriyananda provides us with commentaries from the Bible, Bhagavad Gita and the Autobiography of A Yogi, that help us to reflect on the teachings that he learned from his Guru Paramhansa Yogananda, the nature of who God is, the significance of devotion, meditation, and the importance of living a spiritual life. The insights drawn from these sacred texts provide a holistic approach and act as a guide for us to navigate life's challenges while developing a connection to the divine.
